Gold Dust Plant, Variegated Japanese Aucuba, Japanese Laurel 'Variegata'
Aucuba japonica

Additional info: (aka Gold Dust, Maculata, Punctata)

Planted in deep shade where the leaves are much greener than those in partial shade, wilts in freezing weather but rebounds when it warms up, requires little care, 18 year old plant (San Antonio, Tx.)
