Wow! That really grew well there! I had one in a shady area last year and it didn't do much. So I decided it must need sun. Now you have proved me wrong! Wonder why mine didn't do well. Maybe toooooo much shade! I think these plants add a lot of interest in a flower bed and I like the way it looks next to the begonia.

The spot where these are planted receives some morning and some late afternoon sun. You were not wrong. They do better with some sun. I need to add this statement to the desciption. Thanks! :o)

I have found that this lime colored one performs a bit better if it receives some partial shade in the hot afternoons here in San Antonio. In full, all day sun, the leaves have a more yellowish tone in them. In total shade, they do not seem to grow as fast. I have seen them growing in full sun at Sea World.
