Htop: How do you protect this plant in the Winter? I didn't think them to be root hardy in our zone. It is truly gorgeous! Gretchen

This plant is growing in a yard in another neighborhood. I have knocked on the door at least 5 times to find out about the plant, but no one answers. I'll keep trying to find out more information if I am able to contact them, then I'll let you know. I keep driving by just to look at the plant because it is soooo beautiful. I think it has been there for several years. :o)
