Could you possibly have gotten confused by the common name "blue flag" which refers most frequently to Iris versicolor but apparently is also used somewhere as a common name for Iris setosa? One of the distinguishing features of I. setosa is that it does *not* have standards, which are clearly present in your photo. Your photo looks very much like I. versicolor.
