A green star in the Plants Database or the Garden Watchdog means that plant (or company) has received at least one positive comment (positive, negative, or neutral is chosen by the user submitting the comment); if the plant or company has received more than one comment, it means that more comments are positive than negative.

We hope that all users will take a few minutes to rate their favorite (and not-so-favorite) plants each season - what you learned can help others!
