Just dumped my waffle plant about a month ago. It got long and leggy and kept dropping leaves. Had it about 2 yrs. - it's a houseplant here. It was beautiful at first but then started to get curling leaves and light color - was a very deep green and bright purple at first.
You can propagate it by cuttings. If it gets too tall, cut the stem at the 5th pair of leaves, pick the lower pair and stick the stem on moist soil. Even if the plant doesn´t look good, it will start to grow new leaves and will become beautiful again.
