Do any of you do rebates? I usually average $30-$40 check per month with stuff from Walgreens, Menards and Shopko. A lot of the stuff I receive is free (plus tax). If you use coupons on some of the free items, you can actually come out ahead - i.e. Loreal makeup free after rebate and have $1.00 coupon so come out ahead by $1.00. Last week Menards at Ziplock containers free after rebate and I had .50 coupons. Menards rebates need to be used at Menards. I've had a few things that I have came out ahead and don't use and I donate to local food bank. It takes a little time and organization. Anybody else do this?
