This photo is almost certainly of Lantana depressa, not Lantana involucrata. Both are native to southern Florida and the Caribbean, but L. involucrata is an erect shrub with relatively small clusters of white flowers. Lantana depressa is a trailing weak shrub or groundcover, with larger clusters of bright yellow flowers.
