I live in Central Florida, and this plant shows up here in mass numbers also. People here treat it as a weed, because it naturally shows up every year with out fail. I am glad you shared the plant in bloom. If people here placed this plant in rock gardens and allowed it to bloom before ripping it out of the ground, they may begin to appreciate this plant. Thank-you for sharing.
