Would like to know what your fvorite television cooking show is...there seem to be many of them. I have been watching "Simply Ming" on PBS. His east/west recipes are extremely interesting. He starts out with a basic recipe and then shows how it can be used in making various dishes.
Recently he gave a recipe for a scrumptious Black Pepper Garlic Sauce...and the other day I caught his show on making and using Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache in a variety of ways.
So, that brings us back to my question... What Is Your Favorite TV Cooking Program????
