I am such a terrible shopper. I hate to go from place to place looking for the best price on stuff, so I usually overpay, and then kick myself. That said, I think I've decided to use the cut up blinds as markers for the many daylilies that are coming. Where is the best (read that cheapest) place to go? Walmart? Home Depot? Lowe's?
