Question for you:
This year I want to increase my sales at the market by offering baked breads. How do you bake your breads? Do you not sleep the night before market day and bake all night? Or do you make all your dough, freeze it and then bake it the day before market. Also, do you offer any hot breads? If so, how do you keep them warm? Thanks for any tips you can offer!
