I have found a good remedy for perimenopause problems, and that is to use progesterone cream (an over-the-counter product) and vitex (an herbal remedy, available from GNC, and probably other places). It's like I was given my life back. The splitting headaches are practically nonexistant now. I still get night sweats, but not as often as I had been.
