I planted the seeds last Fall, they are now about 3 inches tall,They are all in one pot. Do I re-plant them seperately or do I leave them alone to get a little bit bigger? Also, At what height do I plant them in the ground? Thanks, Nanabee
I would repot them separately in gallon containers and then let them grow to about 6 to 10 inches tall before planting them in the ground. That way you can "baby" them awhile longer to be sure that they are healthy and strong. They develop deep taproots so this gives them space in which to send the roots down and develop a good root system before you plant them in the ground. Actually, they are not fussy and you could plant them now, but they are still tender little plants
