I've found a botanist who has quite an extensive SEED list of species peonies and hellebores as well as a few other interesting species. It would have to take place after his current collecting trip (the next four weeks) whereupon he will update his lists. I'll try to get a list of some of the seeds available on his current list to give everyone an idea of his stock.
Remember growing both peonies and hellebores from seed is a challenge and not an immediately rewarding experience if you're looking for lots of flowers this fall. This is not for the faint of heart!
