I think I saw a lot of this tree (cactus? ) when DH and I were in Phoenix. Is this the one that grows up tall with vertical limbs reaching to the sky? The one in your picture here looks as if it will be broader...more bushy rather than the "sky pencil" effect. I want one, but want to make sure I have the right name. Do you think they will grow here in Austin? I have never seen one here.
