I killed my mantis today-needs a new tranny! :(

I did the same thing a couple years ago. Cost us $135 to get a new one. For $200 plus my old one I could have gotten a brand new one. I was really foolish not to just do that but I didn't. This year I decided it was the THE YEAR to upgrade somehow or another. I ended up buying my older brother's nearly new one for a really good price. I offered a lot more but he wouldn't take it.
