Use any Liquid Facial Cleaser, or Cold Cream , add Cornmeal to your desired consistancy. For oily skin you may add , 1 tsp.ground cloves. A few Tablespoons of Honey may be added. Keep refrigerated. I make small amounts. And do a full body scrub. Use gloves when doing this.So your hands dont get sanded! I love scrub but hate the cost. So why pay?
