Pretty picture, Sue! I was lucky enough to stumble over this beauty growing voluntarily in my yard this spring. I plucked it up and put it somwhere it won't get mowed down - much prettier than the typical wild violets I dig out of everything...
(If Elena is reading this she'll get a chuckle out of that. I can't say she didn't warn me about my softspot for wild violets!)
