i posted this on the vine forum but with no hits.

this mg is not a star of yelta or a grandpa otts as i have both of them blooming now. there are two differences to it. its split petaled and on the underneath the actual flower it has little petals the same dark purple.


all the flowers are the same. they all open as split petaled and cant stand up to the wind at all. very delicate.

any clues???

Marie, it looks like that could definitely be the Blue split personality. Beautiful!

it is pretty and all of them look like that when they bloom. i posted the pink split petal on the the vine forum.

the one above i got in a trade and it was labeled un known. well i havent seen any seed pods yet though. keeping fingers crossed.

i guess i will call it split blue. thanks ohio!!

You're welcome, I do have seeds of the blue split's and the photo's are similar, at least yours sure looked like that to me. Good luck with the seed pods, I think that is a lovely bloom
