What a beautiful specimen plant. I have had these over the years and saw a display recently at an Oriental restaurant. It was very large and they had it in an Asian vase and it was fanning out towards the light from the front door as if the wind was blowing it. What an awesome sight. I was told those stalks were over 5-years-old. They claimed they never fertilized them. I went out shortly after that and purchased a small Asian pot and about a dozen stalks and used river rock. I change the water whenever I think of it and have lost 2 stalks to the mysterious sudden yellowing. Otherwise, it has done well and is extremely healthy. It is a very easy plant to grow and very very pretty!
