Loved this one of tc serenading all of us Saturday night, Isabella was so enamored!

After hiking over the mountain, we finally arrived at Sideling Creek picnic area. There was a lot of skipping rocks going on. Steve, tc and I and Esther and Bob had already made one trip hiking over here earlier in the day. On the second hike we had lots more great company. I accidently left on the second hike with the keys to the ATV in my pocket, but good ole Steve showed up in the Blazer to give our tired legs a ride back to the cabin.
Believe it or not, Steve showed up with only one beer that he was having, tc was able to convince him to share LOL!!!

Happy Hiking - It stopped raining after breakfast so we headed for the first trip over to the creek!

At least the cicadas weren't very noisy as the weather was cool and cloudy, but they still made the best bait.

At the creek, gathering stones and tiny plants to bonsai. Esther & Bob sure have a good eye for nature and tiny little berry bushes and all sorts of other goodies.

Lest we forget some of the plants and everything (except mine) were so well marked. A tag in every pot with the proper names and common names and variety and species and all else I know little about!
