My fernleaf peony (who I've mentioned before) must be replanted now. The pot that it was in when I found it broke while we were trying to move it while we were painting our house. It is so rootbound I am terrified that I'm killing it trying to divide it. I was planning on doing research this fall before I tried to divide it but I am now sitting here with it soaking in a bucket of water waiting for me to figure out what to do!
Will the rootpods grow if they've broken off? How deep should I plant it? Any other advice??
Thank you!
