Here's a weird foliage plant I saw at Callaway Gardens and have been looking for ever since. Its a Solanum quitoense to be exact. Here's a link to some info from TopTropicals: [HYPERLINK@toptropicals.com]

It is a very unusual and scary looking plant with really cool soft purplish leaves and black stems, with black spikes stiking straight out from the leaf surfaces - soft ones though, not sticky like cactus. Its actually not the "deadly" nightshade but an edible variety, also known as najarilla (spelling) Here's a pic.
