I thought that's where that was. I was there a couple of months ago and also bought some palms at Jungle Music.
Also thanks for your story abour Pauleen Sullivan. I have talked to so many people in Ventura and have heard so many stories and tales about her and her husband and the huge influence on the Palm world in California. I only live one block from her and 5 houses away from one of her apartments but have never met her.
I can see her amazing Andean Wax palm from my backyard.
