This hairy jew has been exposed to afternoon sun. His momma in the shade is dark green and has not yet begun to flower. Cool plant. Each stem will put out 5-7 flowers at the end but only one at a time. The first year I grew this plant, I nearly died. After looking stunning all spring and summer, come Nov., it died. The crocodile tears were falling. Chopped it back and never quite got around to replanting the hanger. Low and behold in spring, here came the little ugly fuzzy shoots.
