Everything I have researched indicates that deadly nighshade-belladonna (the devil's cherry) has a black colored cherry size fruit not a red cherry size fruit. This plant in the picture looks like a cherry tomato. After all the tomato is a member of the nightshade family but the deadly nightshade is posinous.
