I planted one seed that I got from some cannas in front of the courthouse last year. I planted them last fall and they started blooming last week. Im surprised that the blooms are so small but I put that up to the fact that they are only one year old plants and I kept them in pots. I had to seperate them about a month ago before they broke the pot they were in because they multiplied so fast they were over taking the pot.
its pretty overcast today, the colors arnt as deep as this pic shows but they are pretty.
