I just traded for these seeds and they came with no info. Does anyone know if they are in the genus Papaver or Meconopsis?

Blue Bread poppy is probably the one which you sprinkle on the top of bread, Chiltern Seeds supply it and is sold as such. At least it comes in its own handy container, it is of the papaver family and not meconopsis although its true botanical name is one I don't know. The name it is known by in the UK is Blue Breadseed poppy refering to the colour of the seed not the flower.

Just for the record I wouldn't sprinkle them on your bread or eat it without a full identification.

Bread seed poppies are papaver somniferum. The flowers are usually single blooms and can be any color from white to bright red.
