Do any of you grow beets for market? I am growing Red Ace, Detroit, Ruby Queen, Forono, and Golden Beets. I'm thinking I need to charge more for the Goldens since they are so sporadic in their germination rates. What is the going market price for beets? By the bunch? By the pound?
Any input will be greatly appreciated.
