Beautiful setting! I just planted a couple of these in the last two years and I love em more than when I first got them. They are one plant I can really enjoy seeing wet!
What is the plant down near the waters edge?

Hi,
Yes, I really didn't appreciate the Lady's mantle until I'd had it a couple of years - it does tend to "grow on you!" The plants down from the Lady's Mantle are a New York Fern (directly below LM) with sun drops to the side behind (Oenothera macrocarpa), a hosta that I've forgotten the name of, and water forget-me-nots (Myosotis scorpioides) at the waters edge. The latter are beautiful during the summer but can be invasive if you don't control them.
