Anyone out there ever planted Amarylis seed? How long did it take for the plant to mature and bloom? Planting depth?
Bloom season zone 7? I really love this flower, but I am a novice with it. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated.

I planted some in the greenhouse during the winter. They are about four inches high now. I just about covered the seed and put a plastic lid over to retain the humidity. I think it is going to be quite a while, over a year, before they are blooming size. Here's a link;
