My Rose buds are getting smaller and smaller

Saint Petersburg, FL(Zone 9b)

when I planted my roses the buds were large and now after a few bloomings it seem that the flowers are getting smaller I am lost in what to do with them to get them back to were they should be

Olive Branch, MS(Zone 7b)

Many roses have smaller blooms as the temperature heats up. They will return to full size (Assuming you are feeding and watering correctly) when the cooler temps of fall roll around.

Being this is my first rose garden in Florida, I really appreciate your response. Never had this problem when I lived up north...this is all new to me. Thanks again.
