I have 2 small plants that I joined together in African Violet soil and it is doing quite nicely. I fertilize 2 times a month and water when the top portion of the soil dries. I think most philos like a slight drying wet/dry cycle. Mine also has a red tinge to the stalks and parts of the leaves, I believe it is normal. It is simply a remarkable plant and is now trailing. Just gorgeous!
