Bud, I wish you would start copying your postings to the LouGarden site. Mr. Turley, extension agent in Lake Charles, Louisiana, started this group for Louisiana gardeners. We could use input from someone who gardens for a living. I have many questions on best varieties for our area. I live about 30 miles north of Lake Charles in DeQuincy, Louisiana. I have toyed with the idea of selling some vegetable and flower seedlings, as well as plant divisions and small ornamentals that I have started from seed. I live on 10 acres and we own 5 acres about 3 miles from our house. I have a large 20x30 greenhouse and a smaller hoop greenhouse that is 12x20. Both have water, and the large one has electricity. I am taking a Master Gardener Volunteer class at the LSU Extension Office in Lake Charles. We have a small class this year (we are the charter members of volunteers in Lake Charles. Mr. Turley started the class this year. He is a great teacher and I am sure he would help in anyway he could if someone wanted to start up a horticultural enterprise. The way I do posts to more than one group is to type my message in a word processing program (for me Microsoft Word), then I copy and paste to the forum I am sending my message to. I can then edit the entry to suit the particular forum I am "talking to". Thanks for listening! Redbug in DeQuincy, Louisiana
