Gold Dust Dracaena, Spotted Dracaena
Dracaena surculosa

Once my plant was about 5 years old, is started blooming once a year. The blooms smell like mothballs.

Thanks for the info on this. I have one that I rescued from a dumpster about 3 years ago. It was a sorry little thing. It is a very slow grower, but happier when I cut back on water a little. It's now almost 3 feet tall. Just this week my co-worker noticed a little mini-bloom, similar to what's in your picture. This is the first time it has flowered.
