I'm guessing a rabbit, but it would have had to jump up into the raised bed (2 ft high) in order to eat my green pepper plants.
Agravating! I'll have to see if I can purchase some at a nursery. This is last years pic of the raised bed, do ya suppose rabbits would jump up into a raised bed like this?
