Hi There!
Beautiful plant, but I am wondering if perhaps it might be a Campanula carpatica rather than a persicifolia. I also raise the latter and they tend to be quite tall by the time they bloom http://davesgarden.com/pf/showimage/58805/.
Could it be possible that the plant was mislabeled when you purchased it? I know I've had that happen to me before. lm
I just planted them last fall also they aren't blooming but will be shortly and are quite a bit taller. They look more like they have a flower stalk with several smaller flowers that bloom along it. I also have the one like in the picture and it is called something else but don't remember what. Mine was mislabled purple and it looks like it's going to be white. Just got a primrose that was mislabled pink and its more like white or light lavender. You just never know I guess. It's pretty upsetting at times. They are both a pretty plant don't you agree.
