Could you Texas gardeners who love wild flowers and are familiar with them please go to the ID forum and check out my post...I'm not getting any response over there and I am so curious about this plant..

It's a white Wild Petunia, Ruellia nudiflora var. Metzae.

Thank you so much yard is full of this stuff and I even thought to myself that it looked like a petunia...

Hello, I was going to say Wild Petunia, but I wasn't sure because I have never seen that kind around here, I have seen the wild kind, but they are purple.
