    Your cycad is putting out a set of new leaves ... It looks like Its wanting a bit more sun... the leaves will be scragley

    I agree with skill...I've had them in my yard...but they do need light...a lot...

    it is called elongation. when a plant needs more sunlight, its leaves will elongate in order to increase their suface area in order th catch more light

    move it in to some light, or else next yerar your new growth will look like that again
