Is too much rain a problem with Plumeria, even if it has good drainage? I have my first inflo and it seems to have a whitish film on it. I have been spraying with Safers fungicide but with about 2" of rain a day it doesn't stay on the plant for long. I am toying with the idea of putting the Plummie under the eave where it would get light but less rain; however the humidity will still be really high.
