I have my dahlias in pots and window boxes and they all have what I think is powdery mildew and their foliage is white. Is it possible that it's too late to treat and should I just throw them away to spare other plants? They are alive but are blanched. Maybe I am wrong about the problem. Suggestions appreciated.
