    I got these seeds in a trade as cosmos and when it was coming up thats what I thought it was but now that its blooming I think its some kind of delphinium. Is it and what kind. I love them they are beautiful.

    Those look like they could be larkspur, mystic, but the leaves don't quite look like them. I have something very similar here in our yard. I was going to post them eventually, too!

    Mystic: They are larkspurs. They aren't cosmos, but they are sure pretty. They will reseed themselves quite abundately, you will have many more next year. The seed is easy to collect for trading.
