ive had 4 varigated ficus benj.in a pot for 5yers,prune the roots 3times with great sucssess.
last night i decided the smallest of the four was causeing an imbalence in the arrangment,so i carefully cut the roots as close as i could get and pulled the remaining root of that plant from the soil, which incidently maDE a beautiful little bonsai on its own.
my question is,what about the remaining roots, some are still above soill line entangled in the other roots, will thay rot and cause disease,or any other problems?
thanks |
