Now that I just found out on the Vegetable Gardening forum that my rhubarb is actually supposed to be green and it's ready for harvest, I'm thinking about freezing some of it. Does anyone else freeze rhubarb? How do you do it? I looked it up online and it seems like some people blanche, some don't, and some people get fancy and make pie fillings or purees. I'd like some tried and true ideas from the great people on DG. I trust you more than a random article online. :)
Thanks a lot!
