I imagine my season is shorter than many. The spring bulbs start poking up in late April, the perennials early May. We can set out bedding plants in late May, but safest by June 1st. The season is generally over by late August. We are already seeing some cottonwood leaves dropping. All our gardening efforts have to fit in a three month period with two of those months fairly transitional. We're heading into fall here. Anyone else?
