My mom got one of those tiny kits from the supermarket w/ daisy seeds and once it started growing, she gave it to me to plant in my garden in L.I. (zone 6/7). Did well, but I've just moved so I took a cutting and potted it for my new home. I do see new growth - it's alive! Question is: can it survive the winter if I plant it in the ground now or should I wait til next spring?
