One of the fan palm, but need to look at the trunk and fruit to get much closer.

Probably a young sabal palmetto which are very common in your area.

Definitely a Sabal... can't tell what species, though... but palmetto best guess.

Thats ok, don't need to see the trunk. If you say its all over the place, it's your common palmetto.
