One of the fan palm, but need to look at the trunk and fruit to get much closer.

Probably a young sabal palmetto which are very common in your area.

Definitely a Sabal... can't tell what species, though... but palmetto best guess.

Thank you. I have a close up of the trunk but don't know how to post another picture in this thread.
They grow all over the place here.

Thats ok, don't need to see the trunk. If you say its all over the place, it's your common palmetto.
