The Japanese Tomato Ring

I live in Louisville, Kentucky and some years ago learned about the Japanese Tomato Ring from Fred Wiche, beloved weatherman for WHASTV for many years. Fred died several years ago after a long bout of cancer. He learned about the ring from the Bob Roger's family who had visited the Charleston, SC area and saw one. I bought a fifty foot roll of concrete rebarb wire and created three rings 5' each. You will need assistance with this because it is so
strong and difficult to handle. I have been pleased with the results because I have a small area for growing tomatoes.
I wish you success in your tomato growing efforts.

Gary, I had a Japanese Tomato Ring for the past two years. I grew 4 tomato plants around the outside of it and had great success. I definitely recomend them for those who want to try them.
