Just do a websearch. "Fungi Perfecti" is a popular one.

Oh - & if you're interested in mushroom growing, we're trying to get a separate forum going for that. Check out the thread on the "Dave's Garden" forum.

Thanks for the info. I was amazed at the amount of information on their site. I too would like to see a seperate forum as I don't know much about growing mushrooms but would like to do it. I'm finding a wealth of information on this site and love it.
